Back in Action XT Herb Capsules

Herbalogic Back in Action XT capsules take our liquid herbal formula for temporary muscle soreness and joint pain to a new level. The capsule format lets us use more turmeric (a source of the anti-inflammatory compound curcumin) and corydalis yanhusuo (an herb being studied for its pain fighting properties), offering even greater support against temporary pain and inflammation. If you experience sore, aching muscles, tendons, or joints due to physical activity or injury, this traditional Shaolin Temple remedy may promote the body's ability to cope with uncomfortable inflammation and muscle soreness during recovery.*

Use Back in Action XT capsules to support your body's response to occasional muscle soreness, joint inflammation, and soft tissue pain due to physical exertion or injury. Take before and after therapeutic massage, especially when massage is indicated due to injury.

Recommended Use: For persons up to 150 pounds, take one 500 mg capsule by mouth two to three times per day; for those weighing more than 150 pounds, take two 500 mg capsules two to three times per day; or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed two capsules at any one time.

Alternate Dosages & Frequency: If satisfactory results are not achieved after three days at the recommended serving size, increase the frequency of use to a maximum of four times per day before increasing the number of capsules taken at one time. Capsules should be used with caution in children under 12 years old; consider Back in Action Herb Drops, which can be more precisely measured in such cases. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women or by children under age six.

Some of the ingredients in Back in Action have a mild blood-thinning effect, so discontinue use before surgery and don't combine with other blood-thinners without consulting a doctor.
