When to Use
Take Easy Breather when your body is exposed to seasonal irritants, such as tree and other plant pollen — especially cedar, juniper, oak, elm, pecan, and ragweed. Use in environments containing airborne nasal irritants, such as urban pollution, vog, and mold. Take Easy breather year-round in smaller servings for general immune support. Use before and during travel to support your body's defenses against airborne pathogens in enclosed spaces, like airplane cabins.

Recommended Use: Shake well. Take 20 drops (1 mL) or half a dropper full by mouth per 50 pounds of body weight two to three times per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For fastest results, hold under the tongue for a minute before swallowing. If taste is too strong, dilute first in a small amount of room temperature water or other liquid. For those sensitive to alcohol, place drops in a small amount of near-boiling water and allow to cool; most of the alcohol will evaporate.
Alternate Uses: If desired results are not achieved in five days at the recommended serving size, increase the frequency of use to a maximum of four times per day before increasing the dose. Do not exceed 40 drops (2 mL) per 50 pounds of body weight for adults and 20 drops (1 mL) per 50 pounds for children under 12. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women or by children under age three.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Herbalogic offers shipping to many international addresses using USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate service. Three sizes of box are available: Small, Medium, and Large. Each box ships for one fixed rate, regardless of contents. The rate varies by destination country. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of bottles and bottle sizes that fit each box and the country you are shipping to. Typically, a small flat rate box that holds up to three 2 oz. bottles ships for $29.95. Medium and Large flat rate boxes ship for $50+ and $80+, respectively. We recommend adjusting the number of products in your cart and recalculating shipping costs to see how various quantities impact shipping rates.
Delivery dates for International Shipping are typically 6 to 10 business days. However, due to variations in customs processing and other localized factors, we cannot guarantee a delivery date and tracking services are often not available once a package crosses into the destination country.

If you receive a product that was damaged or broken during shipping, take photos of the damaged packaging and product and submit them along with a request for replacement to email@example.com within three days of receipt of the products.
To discourage fraud and abuse, we require products be returned to Third Coast Herb Company regardless of whether they have been opened or used. Refunds are issued when we receive the returned products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will refund any shipping charges from the original order.
To return a product, use the packing material from your shipment (or similar) to prevent breakage. For liquid products, especially if they have been opened, please place the bottle in a zip lock-style bag and seal prior to wrapping in bubble wrap and mailing. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment, as returns that are not received may not be refunded without evidence the package was shipped.
