Peacekeeper: Instructions for Use

Emotional extremes are just one of the unwelcome byproducts of hormone fluctuations that come with monthly periods. The herbs for PMS mood swing support in Peacekeeper were chosen to support a normal, healthy temperament during that trying time of the month.

  • Indications
Use Peacekeeper to rebalance mood swings caused by monthly hormonal changes, or when irritation, anger, sadness, frustration, or other emotional ups and downs occur between periods.

  • Recommended Use
For best results, begin taking Peacekeeper herb drops 7 to 10 days prior to the onset of PMS symptoms, usually two weeks or more before your period, and continue taking while abnormal moods persist. Shake well and take 1 mL (about 20 drops or half a dropper full) per 50 lbs. of body weight by mouth two to three times per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If taste is too strong, add to a small amount (one to two ounces) of room temperature water or other liquid and drink.

    Alternate Serving Sizes & Frequency
As with all concentrated herb drops, start with the recommended or smaller serving size and increase as needed. If Peacekeeper is not effective after three days at the recommended serving size, increase the frequency to 4 times per day before increasing the amount taken. If needed, then increase the serving to 1.5 mL or 30 drops per 50 pounds of body weight. For adults weighing less than 100 lbs., the maximum serving is 20 drops 3 times daily. Not for use in children under age 12.
