Recommended Use: Take 15 minutes before bedtime as follows: adults up to 120 pounds, take 1 capsule; adults over 120 pounds, take 2 capsules, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed 2 capsules at any one time.

My younger sister has been using herbalogic for 2yrs now and solid eight has helped her greatly. Especially on nights when she has long days of school and activities.

A great night's sleep is never to be underestimated. It should be a high priority and not an afterthought. I'm glad your sister is getting the sleep she deserves so she can achieve all she wants.

Didn't make me sleepy at all

So I like a lot of the herbalogic tinctures, this is the first time trying their pills. This one didn't do anything for me. I expected to at least get sleepy but nothing.

I'm really sorry that Solid Eight didn't work for you. Not everything is going to work for everyone. We realize this which is why I tracked down this order and refunded it. You should already have an email with the automated refund amounts etc.

Solid Eight caps have the same formula as the liquid but the delivery is different. The liquid is much better for helping people initiate sleep while the caps are better at helping you stay asleep. I had a professor in acupuncture school who, very rightly used to say, there is no one key to all locks and this just wasn't the right key for you. If you every have any questions about whether a formula might be right for you, please don't hesiate to reach out to us, maybe a quick chat could help avoid how disappointing it is to have something not work like you expected.
