Decompress is part of my herbal home pharmacy. It's great when I'm feeling anxious or depressed for no good reason. When the anxiety is more intense, I pair it with Quiet Mind.

The combination of herbs in Flashback has been used for centuries to relieve menopausal hot flashes. Our version of the formula takes a broad-spectrum approach to hot flash relief. Rather than depend on a single herb, Flashback contains a proprietary blend of 16 herbs used in Chinese herbalism to cool hot flashes and night sweats while addressing emotional stress and poor sleep, two factors that often accompany menopause and can trigger hot flashes.*
Take Flashback at the recommended dose for two weeks to see how your body responds, then adjust as needed. Shake well and take 20 drops (1 mL) or half a dropper full per 50 pounds of body weight by mouth two to three times per day. For fastest results, hold under the tongue for a minute before swallowing. If taste is too strong, dilute first in a small amount of room temperature water or other liquid. For those sensitive to alcohol, place drops in heated water and allow to cool; most of the alcohol will evaporate.
If satisfactory results are not achieved after two weeks at the recommended serving size, increase the frequency of use to a maximum of four times per day before increasing the serving size. Do not exceed 40 drops (2 mL) per 50 pounds of body weight. Not for use in children, or by pregnant or nursing women.
